Automatically at checkout, on every order — and your first order gets an extra discount on top, also automatic. You'll see the list price crossed out with your price beside it. There are no promo codes to enter — ever. If checkout ever shows something different than you expected, email me before you buy.

Straight answer: your price here is set against the maker's list price (MSRP), and it will be at or below that list price. I won't claim it always beats every listing on the internet — marketplace prices swing wildly, in both directions, because third-party sellers set them.

What I can say: here you know the price is measured against the maker's own list price, and you know exactly what the bottle has been through. On a marketplace listing, you know neither.

Fullscript lets providers earn a share of each order placed through their dispensary. That share comes out of the maker's list price — it's not stacked on top of your price. It leaves a gap between the list price and what the order costs. I split that gap: part of it lowers your price, and part of it comes to me.

Fullscript's checkout accepts HSA and FSA cards, along with the usual credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and installment options. Whether a specific purchase qualifies depends on your card issuer's rules, so I can't promise eligibility for any particular item.

Standard US shipping is free on orders of $50 or more (before tax), and $8.75 under that. Standard delivery runs 4–7 business days; priority (1–3 days) is $4.95 on $50+ orders. Weekday orders placed before 3 PM local time usually ship the same day. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico run longer — about 10–13 business days standard.

In storage they're kept refrigerated at 36–46°F in certified facilities. Some heat-sensitive items ship with cold packs, which may not arrive still cold — that's normal for short transit and I'd rather tell you than let it surprise you. If you're ordering refrigerated items in high summer, choose faster shipping.

Unopened products, within 30 days of purchase, refunded to your original payment method. No exchanges, and you pay return shipping. Refunds process in 5–10 business days after the warehouse receives the item, plus a few bank days.

There's no blanket satisfaction guarantee, and I won't imply one. Every product does carry at least a 90-day shelf-life guarantee on arrival.

It's genuinely optional and genuinely cancelable. Nothing is charged at setup — you're only charged when an order actually ships. You get reminder emails one week and one day before each shipment, and you can edit, pause, or cancel up to 24 hours before it ships. It also adds extra savings on refill orders.

Because on open marketplaces, third-party sellers — not the brand — control the listing. Several professional brands prohibit marketplace sales in writing.
